Southern Potato Bake (4 Ingredients)
Ingredients

Directions
- Prep Potatoes
Peel and slice thinly (2–3 mm). A mandoline makes this quick and uniform. - Layer Base
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a baking dish. Arrange potatoes in overlapping layers. - Season & Cream
Sprinkle with salt and pepper, drizzle cream. Repeat layering until all potatoes are used. - Top with Cheese
Pour remaining cream over the top. Sprinkle generously with shredded cheese. - Bake
Cover with foil. Bake 40 minutes until tender. Remove foil and bake 15–20 minutes more until golden and bubbly. - Rest & Serve
