This refreshing salad is a perfect blend of sweet and savory flavors. It’s easy to make and perfect for a light lunch, side dish, or potluck.

Ingredients:

Crisp apples (Honeycrisp or Fuji), cored and chopped | 3 medium |
Lemon juice | 1 tablespoon |
Celery, chopped | 1/2 cup |

Seedless grapes, halved (optional) | 1/2 cup |
Mayonnaise or Greek yogurt | 1/2 cup |
Honey or maple syrup | 2 tablespoons |

Instructions:
- In a large bowl, toss the chopped apples with lemon juice to prevent browning.
