Italian Seasoning 1 teaspoon
Garlic Powder 1/2 teaspoon

For the Pasta:

Penne or Fettuccine (or pasta of choice) 8 ounces
Butter 2 tablespoons
Garlic (minced) 4 cloves
Heavy Cream 1 cup
Chicken Broth 1/2 cup
Parmesan Cheese (grated) 1/2 cup
Sun-Dried Tomatoes (chopped) 1/2 cup
Fresh Spinach (roughly chopped) 2 cups
Italian Seasoning 1 teaspoon
Salt and Pepper To taste
Red Pepper Flakes Optional
Fresh Parsley or Basil For garnish

Instructions:

  1. Cook Chicken: Season chicken with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook in olive oil until golden brown and cooked through. Slice into strips.
  2. Cook Pasta: Cook pasta according to package directions. Set aside, reserving 1/2 cup pasta water.
  3. Make Creamy Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter and cook garlic until fragrant. Add chicken broth and heavy cream. Simmer until thickened. Stir in Parmesan cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and spinach.
  4. Combine: Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy sauce. Add sliced chicken. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  5. Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley or basil and enjoy!
