Mayonnaise 1 cup

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the Cauliflower: Remove the hard outer leaves and stem from the cauliflower head, leaving the head intact.
  3. Boil the Cauliflower: Place the cauliflower head in a pot of boiling water and boil for 7 minutes.
  4. Drain and Dry: Drain the cauliflower thoroughly and pat it dry with paper towels.
