Bacon 4 slices
Onion, thinly sliced 1
Dill pickles, sliced lengthwise 4 small pickles
Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon
Beef broth 1 cup

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Beef:
    • Lay out 4 slices of top round beef.
    • Tenderize, if needed, for even thickness.
    • Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Layer Fillings:
    • Spread 1 tsp of German mustard on each beef slice.
