Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Sauce:
    • Combine soy sauce, BBQ sauce, and sweet orange marmalade in a saucepan.
    • Simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes, stirring often, until the sauce thickens.
  2. Prepare the Chicken:
    • Cut the chicken breasts into small cubes.
    • Beat the eggs in a bowl.
    • Place flour or cornstarch in another bowl.
  3. Coat the Chicken:
    • Dip each piece of chicken in the beaten eggs.
