Cheesy Tater Tot Casserole
Ingredients:

How To Make Cheesy Tater Tot Casserole:
- Step 1: Preheat and Cook Meat: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large skillet, cook the 1 pound ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
 - Step 2: Sauté Aromatics: Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking until the onion is translucent.
 - Step 3: Make Base Mixture: Stir in the 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 cup sour cream, mixing until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
 - Step 4: Assemble Layers: Spread the beef mixture evenly in a 9×13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the beef mixture. Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer on top of the cheese.
