How to Make Mongolian Ground Beef Noodles:
- Step 1: Cook Noodles: Cook the linguini noodles according to the package directions until they reach your desired doneness. Drain the noodles well and set them aside.
- Step 2: Brown Beef: Add the 1 lb. ground beef to a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and sauté until it is browned completely. Drain any excess grease.
- Step 3: Sauté Aromatics: Stir in the 1 Tbsp. ginger paste and 5 tsp. minced garlic, and sauté for another minute until fragrant.
- Step 4: Create the Sauce: Mix in the 1/2 cup beef broth, 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1/3 cup hoisin sauce, 1/4 cup brown sugar, and pepper and red pepper flakes to taste. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
