Sour cream ¼ cup
Parsley 2 Tbsp
Garlic powder ½ tsp
Parmesan cheese ⅓ cup, grated

Mozzarella cheese 2 cups

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven: to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Cook sausage: Brown Italian sausage in a skillet, then drain excess fat. Stir in spaghetti sauce.
  3. Combine cheese mixture: In a large bowl, mix cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, parsley, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese. Gently combine with frozen ravioli.
  4. Assemble casserole: Spread ravioli mixture evenly in prepared baking pan. Top with meat sauce and then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake: Cover and bake for 45 minutes. Let cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
