Ingredients:

Ground beef 1 ½ pounds
Breadcrumbs 1 cup
Ketchup, divided ½ cup
Dry onion soup mix 1 package
Large eggs 2

How To Make 5-Ingredient Sheet Pan Meatloaf:

  1. Step 1: Prep & Mix: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, half of the ketchup, the dry onion soup mix, and eggs. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  2. Step 2: Shape & Top: Transfer the mixture to the prepared sheet pan and shape it into a loaf about 8 inches long and 4 inches wide. Spread the remaining ketchup over the top of the meatloaf.
  3. Step 3: Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C) and the meatloaf is cooked through.
