This easy sheet pan meatloaf recipe requires just a handful of ingredients and minimal cleanup. It’s a perfect weeknight dinner that’s both delicious and convenient.

5-Ingredient Sheet Pan Meatloaf

Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Ground Beef 1 1/2 pounds
Breadcrumbs 1 cup
Ketchup 1/2 cup, divided
Dry Onion Soup Mix 1 package
Eggs 2 large

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or grease lightly.
  2. Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, half the ketchup, onion soup mix, and eggs. Mix well.
  3. Shape Meatloaf: Transfer mixture to prepared sheet pan and form into a loaf.
  4. Top with Ketchup: Spread remaining ketchup over the top of the meatloaf.
  5. Bake: Bake in preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  6. Rest and Serve: Let meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
