Ingredients:

Breadcrumbs | 1 cup |
Ketchup | 1/2 cup, divided |
Dry Onion Soup Mix | 1 package |
Eggs | 2 large |
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or grease lightly.
- Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, half the ketchup, onion soup mix, and eggs. Mix well.
- Shape Meatloaf: Transfer mixture to prepared sheet pan and form into a loaf.
- Top with Ketchup: Spread remaining ketchup over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake: Bake in preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Rest and Serve: Let meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
