Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Milk chocolate chips 2 (11 oz) packages
Cool Whip, thawed 1 (8 oz) tub
Dark chocolate melting wafers 24 oz

Instructions:

  1. Melt the milk chocolate: Place milk chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth. Let cool to room temperature.
  2. Prepare the baking dish: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  3. Mix the chocolate and Cool Whip: Gently fold cooled milk chocolate into thawed Cool Whip. Pour into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Chill and cut: Place the baking dish in the freezer for 30 minutes. Cut into 36 squares and return to the freezer for another 30 minutes.
  5. Dip in dark chocolate: Melt dark chocolate according to package instructions. Dip each square into melted dark chocolate.
  6. Let the chocolate set: Place dipped squares back on the parchment-lined baking sheet and let set at room temperature or in the freezer.
