Granulated sugar 3/4 cup
Large eggs 2

Sour cream 1/2 cup
Diced fresh or canned peaches, drained 1 cup

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Prepare Cream Cheese Swirl: In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Make Loaf Batter: In a medium bowl, whisk together dry ingredients. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Gradually add dry ingredients and sour cream alternately to wet ingredients. Fold in peaches.
