| Garlic powder | 1 teaspoon |

| Black pepper | 1/2 teaspoon |
| Grated Parmesan cheese | 1/2 cup (for tops) |
How to Make Iowa Party Bites:
Step 1: Prep Oven and Sheets: Preheat your oven to 425F. Lightly grease two large baking sheets or line them with parchment paper.2 Tightly arrange the tortilla scoops on the sheets with the cup side facing up.3

Step 2: Mix the Filling: In a large bowl, combine the 8 oz softened cream cheese, 8 oz mozzarella, 1 egg, the drained 15 oz can of corn, the 4 oz can of chiles, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp black pepper.4 Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
