How To Make 3-Ingredient Sausage Cream Cheese Casserole:

  1. Step 1: Prep & Cook Sausage: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a skillet, cook the pork sausage over medium heat, breaking it apart with a spatula, until it’s fully cooked and no longer pink. Drain any excess grease.
  2. Step 2: Make the Filling: Reduce the heat to low and add the cream cheese to the skillet with the cooked sausage. Stir until the cream cheese is well incorporated and the mixture is creamy. Remove the skillet from the heat and set aside.
