Instructions:
- Season the Chicken: Season both sides of the chicken breasts with lemon pepper seasoning and salt.
- Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and let rest.
- Cook the Pasta: Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, add remaining olive oil and sauté minced garlic for 1 minute. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer and stir in lemon zest and juice. Simmer for 3-4 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
