Ingredients:

Ground beef 1 pound
Medium onion, chopped 1
Garlic, minced 3 cloves
Fresh ginger, grated 1 tablespoon
Medium head of Chinese cabbage, sliced 1
Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
Sesame oil 1 tablespoon
Red pepper flakes 1 teaspoon (optional)
Salt and pepper To taste
Green onions, sliced (for garnish) 2
Grated carrots Optional

How To Make Low-Carb Chinese Cabbage and Ground Beef Stir Fry:

  1. Step 1: Brown the Beef: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.
  2. Step 2: Add Aromatics: Add the chopped onion, garlic, and grated ginger to the skillet. Sauté until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Step 3: Stir Fry the Cabbage: Stir in the sliced Chinese cabbage and cook until it begins to soften, about 5 minutes.
