Instructions:
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil and brown the chicken on both sides.
 - Place the browned chicken in the bottom of the slow cooker.
 - In the same skillet, sauté the sliced mushrooms and minced garlic until fragrant and mushrooms start to release moisture.

 - Pour the mushroom mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker.
