Ingredients:

Ingredients Amount
Chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, flattened to a thickness of 1/2 inch 4
Bacon 6 slices
Dried onion flakes 2 teaspoons
Honey 1/3 cup
Yellow mustard 1/4 cup
Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
Shredded cheese of choice 2 cups
Salt to taste
Optional: Freshly sliced mushrooms 1 cup

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Season chicken with salt on both sides.
  3. Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy, then crumble and set aside. Don’t drain!
