Instructions:
- Roast pecans: Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Toss pecans with melted butter and salt. Spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet and roast for 13-15 minutes. Let cool.
- Make caramel: Combine water, brown sugar, condensed milk, corn syrup, butter in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Continue boiling until the mixture reaches 245°F (118°C). Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and salt.
- Assemble Browns: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange cooled pecans in groups of 3-4, spaced apart. Dollop caramel on top of each group. Let cool.
