Instructions:
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
 - Combine ingredients: In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, milk, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
 - Shape meatloaf: On a piece of parchment paper, flatten chicken mixture into a rectangular shape.
 - Layer ingredients: Layer Swiss cheese and ham slices evenly over chicken mixture.
 - Roll meatloaf: Carefully roll meatloaf from one end to the other, using parchment paper to help.
