Ingredients:

Refrigerated biscuit dough | 1 can (16 oz) |
Mozzarella cheese cubes | 12 (approx 1 inch each) |
Butter | 4 tbsp, melted |
Garlic, minced | 2 cloves |
Italian seasoning | 1 tsp |
Parmesan cheese, grated | 1/4 cup |
Marinara sauce | For dipping |
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin.
- Flatten each biscuit dough piece and place a mozzarella cube inside. Seal dough around cheese.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl.
- Dip each biscuit bite in butter mixture, then roll in Parmesan cheese.
- Place bites in muffin tin cups.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
