Instructions:
- Add the sliced white onion, thinly sliced red potatoes, thinly sliced carrots, and sliced celery to the crockpot.
- Drizzle the vegetables with olive oil and add the minced garlic. Toss everything together until the vegetables are well coated.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the lean ground beef. Season the beef with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder while it cooks.
