Cheese tortellini, cooked al dente 1 pound
Cooked chicken, shredded 2 cups
Alfredo sauce 1 jar (15 oz)
Mozzarella cheese, shredded 1 cup
Parmesan cheese, grated 1 cup
Sour cream 1/2 cup
Fresh parsley, chopped 1/4 cup + extra for garnish
Garlic powder 1 teaspoon
Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
Salt 1/4 teaspoon (or to taste)

Unsalted butter, melted 2 tablespoons

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked tortellini, shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, sour cream, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  4. Combine the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, and sprinkle over the tortellini mixture.
  5. In a small bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs with melted butter. Sprinkle this over the cheese layer.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before garnishing with extra parsley and serving.
