Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Crescent roll dough 2 cans (8 oz each)
Cream cheese 2 packages (8 oz each), softened
Granulated sugar 1 cup, divided
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
Unsalted butter 1/4 cup, melted
Ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Use one can of crescent roll dough to create a bottom layer in the dish, pressing down any seams.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, 1 cup of sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Spread this mixture evenly over the crescent roll layer.
  4. Unroll the remaining can of dough and place it on top of the cheesecake filling, pressing the edges to seal.
  5. Brush the melted butter over the top layer of dough. In a small bowl, combine the remaining 1/4 cup of sugar with the cinnamon, then sprinkle this mixture over the butter.
  6. Bake the casserole for 30-35 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown and the filling is set. Let the casserole cool slightly before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
