Egg Roll Stir Fry

| Soy sauce | 1/4 cup |
| Chopped onion | 1 cup |
| Shredded cabbage (coleslaw mix) | 1 bag |
| Shredded carrots | 1/2 cup |
| Minced garlic | 3 teaspoons |
| Ginger paste | 2 teaspoons |
| Sesame oil | 2 tablespoons |
| Green onions, for garnish | As desired |
Instructions:
- Cook the ground beef: Heat sesame oil in a large skillet. Add ground beef and cook until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat.
- Sauté the vegetables: Add remaining sesame oil to the skillet. Sauté onion until softened. Add minced garlic and ginger paste, cooking for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the cabbage and carrots: Stir in shredded cabbage and carrots. Cook until vegetables are tender and slightly wilted.
- Combine and season: Return cooked ground beef to the skillet. Pour in soy sauce and stir to coat. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish and serve: Remove from heat. Garnish with chopped green onions. Serve hot on its own or over rice or noodles.
