Oven-Baked Sausage and Bell Pepper Tray

Large onion, sliced 1

How To Make Oven-Baked Sausage and Bell Pepper Tray:

Step 1: Preheat Oven and Prep Tray: Preheat your oven to 400F (200C). In a large disposable aluminum tray (or a large baking sheet), arrange the 1 pound of Italian sausages evenly.

Step 2: Add Vegetables and Season: Add the 2 sliced bell peppers and 1 sliced large onion around the sausages. Drizzle 2 tablespoons olive oil over the sausages, peppers, and onions. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon dried oregano, salt, and pepper over the entire tray. Toss everything gently to ensure even coating of the oil and spices.
