I made these for my turn hosting bunko and they were to first snack to vanish! Will definitely make them again

Candied Bacon Crackers
Ingredients:
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
- Arrange the crackers on the wire rack, leaving a small space between each one.
- Slice the bacon into thirds or fourths, depending on what best fits the size of your crackers. Place a piece of bacon lengthwise on top of each cracker.
- Sprinkle about 1 heaping teaspoon of brown sugar evenly over each slice of bacon.
- Top the brown sugar with a pinch of cayenne pepper and a pinch of freshly ground black pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the brown sugar starts to melt and the bacon becomes crisp.
- Allow the crackers to cool completely on the wire rack. As they cool, the brown sugar will harden.
- Once cooled and hardened, serve and enjoy!
