Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Ground chicken 1 pound
Breadcrumbs 1/2 cup
Feta cheese, crumbled 1/4 cup
Red onion, finely chopped 1/4 cup
Garlic, minced 2 cloves
Parsley, fresh chopped 1/4 cup
Mint, fresh chopped 1 tablespoon
Oregano, dried 1 teaspoon
Cumin, ground 1/2 teaspoon
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper 1/4 teaspoon
Egg 1 large
Olive oil 2 tablespoons

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until well mixed.
  3. Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on the prepared baking sheet.
