Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Warm milk 200 ml
Salt 1 tsp
Dry yeast powder 1 tsp
Sifted wheat flour 300 grams
Sugar 1 tbsp
Melted unsalted butter 40 grams
Dulce de Leche 10 tbsp
Baking soda 1 tbsp

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the dough: Dissolve yeast in warm milk. Add flour, sugar, and knead until smooth. Add melted butter and knead again. Let rise in a warm place.
  2. Shape the dumplings: Divide dough into 10 parts. Flatten each part, add Dulce de Leche, and seal.
  3. Boil and bake: Boil dumplings in water with baking soda. Bake until golden brown.
  4. Finish and serve: Brush with melted butter (optional). Serve with ice cream or chocolate sauce.
