Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Ripe bananas, mashed 3
Unsalted butter, melted 1/3 cup
Granulated sugar 1 cup
Large eggs, beaten 2
Pure vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
All-purpose flour 1 1/2 cups
Baking soda 1 teaspoon
Salt A pinch
Chopped walnuts (optional) 1/2 cup

Instructions:

  1. Prepare crock-pot: Grease or line crock-pot insert with parchment paper.
  2. Mix wet ingredients: Mash bananas. Combine with melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  3. Combine dry ingredients: Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt together.
  4. Create batter: Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, stirring until combined. Fold in walnuts if desired.
