I grew up in northeast Ohio and this was my all time favorite dish when I was little

City Chicken is a classic dish that brings together the savory flavors of meat with a crispy, golden coating reminiscent of fried chicken. Despite its name, City Chicken doesn’t actually contain chicken but instead features tender pork or veal skewered and fried to perfection. This beloved dish offers a unique twist on traditional comfort food and is sure to be a hit at any gathering or family dinner.
