Ingredients:

Cream cheese, softened 8 oz (1 package)
Butter ½ cup (1 stick)
Sugar 1 ½ cups
Eggs 2
All-purpose flour 2 ¼ cups

Baking powder 1 tablespoon
Milk 1 cup
Orange zest 1 orange
Orange juice (topping) ¼ cup

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a bread loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth.
  3. Add the sugar and eggs to the creamed mixture and beat until light and fluffy.
  4. In a separate small bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Whisk to combine thoroughly.
