This simple and comforting Parmesan Pasta Soup is a quick and flavorful dish perfect for a light meal.

Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Butter 1/4 cup (1/2 stick)
Garlic cloves 5
Chicken broth 32 oz
Ditalini pasta 1 1/2 cups
Parmesan, finely grated 1/2 cup
Fresh parsley, minced For serving
Kosher salt To taste
Black pepper To taste

Instructions:

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, melt the butter.
  2. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Be careful not to burn it.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring it to a boil.
  4. Add the ditalini pasta and lower the heat to a simmer.
