Ingredients:

| Sifted wheat flour | 300 grams |

| Melted unsalted butter | 40 grams |
| Dulce de Leche | 10 tbsp |
| Baking soda | 1 tbsp |
Instructions:
- Prepare the dough: Dissolve yeast in warm milk. Add flour, sugar, and knead until smooth. Add melted butter and knead again. Let rise in a warm place.
- Shape the dumplings: Divide dough into 10 parts. Flatten each part, add Dulce de Leche, and seal.
- Boil and bake: Boil dumplings in water with baking soda. Bake until golden brown.
- Finish and serve: Brush with melted butter (optional). Serve with ice cream or chocolate sauce.
