Huge Pot of Homemade Chili

Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Ground Beef 1 pound
Pinto Beans (or other beans) 2 cans (15-16 oz each)
Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
Bell Peppers (chopped) 1 cup
Onions (chopped) 1/2 cup
Jalapeno Peppers (finely chopped) 2
Crushed Tomatoes 2 cans (28 oz each)
Chili Powder 2 tablespoons
Cumin Powder 1 tablespoon
Fresh Cilantro (chopped) 1 tablespoon
Hot Sauce To taste
Salt To taste
Pepper To taste

Instructions:

  1. Brown the Meat: Heat olive oil in a large Dutch oven or pot over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain off any excess grease.
  2. Sauté Vegetables: Add chopped bell peppers, onions, and jalapenos to the pot. Cook over low heat until softened and fragrant.
  3. Combine Ingredients: Stir in beans, crushed tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, and cilantro.
