Let’s break down the process step by step:

  1. Caustic Soda Preparation
    • Mix caustic soda with 1 liter of water. Stir it thoroughly and set it aside.
  2. Soda Ash Preparation
    • Mix soda ash in 3 liters of water, ensuring there are no lumps. Stir well to achieve a smooth mixture.
  3. STPP Preparation
    • In another bucket, mix STPP in 3 liters of water. Stir until it dissolves completely.
  4. Laurel Rice (SLS) Preparation
    • Mix Laurel Rice (SLS) in 3 liters of water and stir until well combined.
  5. Texapon and Sulphonic Acid
    • In a separate container, mix Texapon and Sulphonic acid until they are fully dissolved. No additional water is needed for this step.
  6. Allow Chemicals to Dissolve
    • Leave all the mixtures (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) for 20 to 30 minutes, allowing the chemicals to dissolve properly.
  7. Nitrosol Preparation
    • In a large plastic container capable of holding 30 liters of water, pour in 19 liters of water. Add nitrosol and stir it thoroughly.
  8. Combining the Mixtures
    • Pour the contents from the buckets (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) one after another into the container containing the nitrosol. Stir vigorously for 10 to 15 minutes.
  9. Add Foam Blaster and Formalin
    • Incorporate the foam blaster into the mixture, continuing to stir. Then, add 3 tablespoons of formalin as a preservative.
  10. Color and Perfume
    • Mix the desired color in a plastic water bottle and shake it well. Pour the colored water into the mixture and stir. Add the perfume and stir again. Cover the container.
  11. Allow to Set
    • Leave the mixture to set until the next morning. If it becomes too thick, you can add more water to achieve the desired consistency.

That’s it! You’ve successfully created liquid soap.
