1 cup whole milk 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract 1 1/2 cups diced apples
For the Cinnamon Sugar Topping:
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a muffin tin with liners or grease.
  2. Whisk together flour, sugars, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla.
