| Brown sugar | ½ cup, divided |
Instructions:
- Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150°C).
- Slice the hot dogs into thirds or quarters, depending on their length. Place the sliced hot dogs in the prepared baking dish.
- Pour the BBQ sauce, yellow mustard, and liquid smoke over the hot dogs. Toss to ensure the hot dogs are well coated.
- In a small dish, combine the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Reserve ¼ cup of the brown sugar for later.
- Sprinkle the dry seasoning mixture evenly over the hot dogs in the baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, tossing the hot dogs halfway through the baking time to ensure even coating and cooking.
