- 3 overripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar (or use coconut sugar for a healthier option)
- 1/2 cup (120ml) coconut milk (or whole milk)
- 1 tablespoon butter or ghee
Instructions
- Mash the Bananas
- Peel and mash the overripe bananas in a bowl until smooth, leaving a few small lumps for texture.
- Cook the Mixture
- In a non-stick pan, combine the mashed bananas, sugar, and coconut milk. Stir well.
- Place the pan over medium heat and cook, stirring continuously to prevent sticking.
- Continue cooking for 10-15 minutes until the mixture thickens and begins to pull away from the sides of the pan.
- Add the Butter
