Hawaiian Pineapple Coconut Fluff

Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Macadamia nuts, toasted and chopped 1/2 cup
Coconut cream instant pudding mix 2 packages (3.4 oz each)
Crushed pineapple with juice 2 cans (20 oz and 8 oz)
Sweetened condensed milk 1 can (14 oz)
Maraschino cherries, drained 1 jar (16 oz)
Mini marshmallows 3 cups
Frozen whipped topping, thawed 1 container (16 oz)
Additional whipped cream, cherries, and nuts for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the pudding mix, both cans of crushed pineapple (including juice), sweetened condensed milk, maraschino cherries, macadamia nuts, mini marshmallows, and thawed whipped topping.
  2. Mix Well: Stir until well combined.
  3. Chill: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until chilled and set.
  4. Serve: Serve chilled, garnished with additional whipped cream, cherries, and nuts if desired.
