Tender, fall-off-the-bone ribs with a smoky, sweet flavor. This recipe combines oven-baked tenderness with grilled caramelization for the ultimate rib experience.

Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Baby back ribs 2 racks
Brown sugar 1/4 cup
Smoked paprika 2 tablespoons
Garlic powder 1 tablespoon
Onion powder 1 tablespoon
Black pepper 1 teaspoon
Salt 1 teaspoon
Cayenne pepper 1/2 teaspoon
BBQ sauce 1 cup (your favorite)
Apple cider vinegar 2 tablespoons

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 275°F (135°C). Remove membrane from back of ribs.
  2. Combine brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper in a bowl.
  3. Rub spice mixture on both sides of ribs.
  4. Wrap ribs in aluminum foil and bake for 2.5-3 hours.
  5. Combine BBQ sauce and apple cider vinegar in a saucepan; simmer.
  6. Unwrap ribs, brush with BBQ sauce.
  7. Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill ribs for 10 minutes, basting with sauce, until caramelized.
  8. Let ribs rest before slicing and serving.
