Ham & Swiss Biscuit Sliders

Ingredients

For the Sliders Amount
Refrigerated biscuit dough 1 can (16.3 oz / 460g, 8 large biscuits)
Deli ham, thinly sliced 12 slices (about 12 oz / 340g)
Swiss cheese 6 slices, halved (or 1½ cups shredded)
For the Butter Glaze Amount
Unsalted butter, melted 4 tbsp
Dijon mustard 1 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp
Honey (optional) 1 tsp
Garlic powder ½ tsp
Poppy seeds (optional) 1 tbsp
Fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional) 1 tbsp

Instructions

1. Preheat & Prepare

  • Heat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Lightly grease a 9×13‑inch baking dish.

2. Shape the Biscuits

  • Separate biscuit dough.
  • Slice each biscuit horizontally to create tops and bottoms (16 halves total).

3. Assemble the Sliders

  • Place bottom halves in the baking dish.
  • Layer with folded ham slices and half a slice of Swiss cheese.
  • Add biscuit tops.

4. Make the Butter Glaze

  • In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, Dijon, Worcestershire, honey, and garlic powder.
  • Brush generously over biscuit tops.
  • Sprinkle with poppy seeds and parsley if using.

5. Bake

  • Bake uncovered for 15–18 minutes, until biscuits are golden and cheese is melted.
  • If tops brown too quickly, tent loosely with foil.

6. Rest & Serve

  • Let cool for 5 minutes.
  • Serve warm for best flavor and texture.
