Ingredients:

Long-grain white rice 1 cup
Chicken or vegetable broth (low-sodium) 2 cups

Garlic, minced 2 cloves
Lemon 1 (zest and juice)
Salt ½ teaspoon
Black pepper ¼ teaspoon
Dried oregano ½ teaspoon

Instructions:

  1. Sauté Aromatics:

    • Heat olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
