Grandma’s Christmas Candy

This simple, festive treat is made from melted white chocolate and marshmallows, studded with colorful, chewy gumdrops for a holiday twist.

Ingredients:

| Butter | 2 tablespoons |
| White chocolate chips | 1 bag (12 oz) |
| Mini marshmallows | 1 bag (10 oz) |
| Red and green gumdrops or chewy candy, chopped | 1 cup |
How To Make Grandma’s Christmas Candy:
Step 1: Prep Dish and Melt Mixture: Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper and lightly grease. Set aside. Add 2 tablespoons butter, 1 bag white chocolate chips, and 1 bag mini marshmallows to a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute. Stir the contents with a greased spatula, then continue microwaving in 30 second increments, stirring in between, until the mixture is fully melted and smooth.

Step 2: Fold in Candy: Allow the mixture to cool for about 1 minute, then fold in the 1 cup of chopped colored candies (gumdrops).

Step 3: Chill: Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and use a spatula to press it into a flat and even layer. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours or up to overnight.
Step 4: Slice and Store: Lift the candy out of the dish using the parchment paper. Remove the paper and slice into small bite-sized pieces. Store in an airtight container for best results.
