As the name suggests, these bars are unapologetically rich. Packed with buttery sweetness and melt‑in‑your‑mouth texture, they’re the kind of dessert that feels downright sinful—in the best way. If you love treats like Caramel Apple Crumble Bars or Apple Pie Bars, consider this your friendly warning: these gooey cake bars are dangerously delicious.

Beat with a hand mixer until fully combined.
Press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan (spray the back of a spoon with nonstick spray to help). - Make the Gooey Layer
In a medium bowl, beat softened cream cheese with the remaining 2 eggs and 1 teaspoon vanilla until smooth.
Gradually add powdered sugar and mix until fully incorporated. - Assemble & Bake
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
