Instructions:
- Prepare Pecans: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread pecan halves on a baking sheet, drizzle with melted butter, and sprinkle with salt. Toast for 8-10 minutes, stirring halfway through. Let cool.
- Melt Chocolate: Melt semi-sweet chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or using a double boiler. Stir occasionally.
- Make Caramel: In a saucepan, combine water, dark brown sugar, sweetened condensed milk, corn syrup, and butter. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.
- Assemble Georgia Browns: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange toasted pecan clusters on the sheet. Spoon melted chocolate over each cluster. Drizzle with caramel.
