Garlic Butter Chicken

This recipe delivers juicy, flavorful chicken with a simple yet delicious garlic butter sauce.

Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts 4 (16-ounces)
Salt & Pepper To taste
Butter 1 stick (1/2-cup)
Garlic, minced 6 cloves
Fresh Rosemary Leaves 1 tablespoon
Shredded Reduced Fat 4-Cheese Italian ½ cup

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Arrange in a single layer in the prepared baking dish.
  3. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Sauté garlic in the melted butter for 4-5 minutes, or until lightly browned, stirring frequently. Do not burn.
  5. Stir in rosemary and remove from heat.
  6. Pour garlic butter mixture over the chicken breasts.
  7. Bake for 30-32 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for an additional 3 minutes, or until melted.
  9. Let chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
  10. Serve chicken with a spoonful of the garlic butter sauce.
