Sweet potatoes 4
Unsalted butter 70g
Wheat flour 70g
Milk 400ml
Table cream 200g
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 pinch
Mozzarella cheese, grated 200g
Chives and parsley To taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Sweet Potatoes:

    • Wash and peel sweet potatoes.
    • Cut into slices or cubes.
  2. Make the Creamy Sauce:

    • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
    • Add flour and cook, stirring constantly, until smooth.
    • Gradually pour in milk, whisking continuously.
    • Bring to a simmer, stirring until thickened.
    • Stir in cream, salt, and pepper.
  3. Assemble and Bake:

    • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
    • Arrange sweet potatoes in a baking dish.
    • Pour creamy sauce over sweet potatoes.
