Ingredients:
| INGREDIENTS | AMOUNT |
| Refrigerated biscuits (8-count) | 1 can (16 3/10 oz) |
| Deli roast beef, thinly sliced | 1 pound |
| Creamy horseradish sauce | 2 tablespoons |
| Provolone cheese | 8 slices |
| Au Jus gravy mix | 1 packet (1 oz) |
How To Make French Dip Biscuits:
Step 1: Preheat and Prep: Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper to ensure the biscuits don’t stick and for easier cleanup.

Step 2: Prepare the Biscuits: Open the can of biscuits and split each of the 8 biscuits in half horizontally to create 16 total rounds. Spread a layer of the 2 tbsp creamy horseradish sauce evenly across the inside faces of the biscuit pieces (adjust the amount based on how much “zip” you prefer).

Step 3: Layer the Filling: On the bottom half of each biscuit, place 1 slice of provolone cheese (folded if necessary) followed by a portion of the 1 lb roast beef. Place the remaining biscuit layers on top to create a sandwich.
Step 4: Seal and Bake: Gently press the edges of the biscuit dough together to seal the meat and cheese inside. Arrange them on the baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Step 5: Make the Au Jus: While the biscuits are baking, prepare the 1 oz packet of Au Jus gravy mix according to the package instructions on the stove or in the microwave.
Step 6: Serve: Remove the biscuits from the oven and serve them immediately while hot, with the Au Jus in small bowls on the side for dipping.
